Pick one real decision from the car that matches a syllabus topic. A bearing swap, a body change, a cartridge, a timing sheet.
Physics, chemistry and maths | Seven free packs | Simulations, worksheets and answer keys | Works without us in the room
Each pack starts with something we actually did to the Nightmare car, like swapping the bearings or changing the body, and turns it into a lesson a teacher can run in one period.
Boca bearings, IPA cleaning, the CO₂ launch, our SimScale aero work and our own timing data. All of it is on pages a teacher can use after we have gone home.
Seven packs. Print-ready. Answer keys in teacher mode.
This is the same model we use inside the packs. The thrust fades as the cartridge empties, drag grows with the square of speed, and the bearings take a small cut at the wheels. Every slider is a decision we argued about this season.
Run it, pin it, change one thing.
This is a teaching model, not a test certificate. Thrust is F = F₀e−t/τ with F₀ = 6 N and τ = 0.25 s, which is about 1.5 N·s from an 8 g cartridge. Air density is 1.20 kg/m³, plus a small constant tether friction. NM-LAB-05 explains the whole model.
Open a pack, try the simulation, print the worksheet, or stick the QR code on a board. Downloads counted on this device: 0.
The same four steps as every Nightmare marketing programme. A pack is not finished when we write it. It is finished when a teacher we have never met prints it.
Pick one real decision from the car that matches a syllabus topic. A bearing swap, a body change, a cartridge, a timing sheet.
Write the web page and the paper sheet together. Diagram, simulation, worked example, questions and an answer key, all in one place.
Teachers open the site. The QR codes on our Aero Overlay Card and stand boards open the matching pack with one scan.
Every print or save is counted. That is how we know the packs are still being used long after the event day.
You do not need our stand, our car, or a login. Open a pack, put the simulation on the projector, print the sheet, and switch on teacher mode for the answer key. The teacher page lists where every pack fits in the syllabus.
A partner is named inside a pack only when the part or tool on the car is theirs. There are no logos on unrelated pages.
The hybrid ceramic bearings on the car are theirs, so they are named in NM-LAB-01, where the spin-down test lives.
Their cloud CFD is behind our aero reviews, so they are named in NM-LAB-03, where the drag equation meets the body plots.
STEM Racing fades if it only exists on event day. A pack a teacher can set is the part that stays.
